What's happening, Metuselahs?
As I said some posts ago, this is the deck I actually rule (well, with some proxies *balls* I'm lazy to order diversions hahah) and it does surprisingly well!
I'ts kind of important to grab the AK asap, and well, I often see animalism here, so Sire's Index Finger is meta oriented.
This is not as good as Fatima mutirush and it is not what it was meant to be, but sometimes.... I feel pleasure playing this (omg..) torporising with my little Janni.

Why do you use an AK-47 instead of an Assault Rifle. More often than not, you cannot use Diversion for an additional strike, since AK-47 already provided one .. Or did I miss anything?

ReplyDeleteThe reason is just Janni, her special is:
"Independent: Janni inflicts an additional damage when striking with a weapon. She may enter combat with a ready Follower of Set controlled by another Methuselah as (D) action. Blood Cursed."
So with AK-47 we strike 3+3 = 6 damage without using Diversions. The only way to get more additionals is Hell-For-Leather (to reach 9) or using ammo cards, but I didn't find space on this deck.
My inspiration was a Spanish TWD that featured Janni and AK-47, but without all the anarch tech. It is really fun to play!

ReplyDeletethis deck is horrible for your foes !!! In general I find is quite good,though their mayor issue is that it shows no defense against pentex subversion... and this card becomes increasingly frequent.

ReplyDeleteIndeed, you are right, Dr., I was carrying 1x Pentex in the deck but I removed it and sometimes I regret doing it XD
If Janni gets pentexed, my only moves are grabbing the AK from her with TJ or Joe, and then to try removing it. If the others have .44 ofc no need to grab the gun xD
It has a lot of lacks: bleed defense (rush predator), vote defense (rush voters XD) and so on...
Gonna include Codex of the Edenic again, makes things faster
